Ingredients
- 1 lb beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup frozen vegetable (peas)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tip garlic powder
- 1 top thyme
- 1 cup of carrot
- 1 TB flour
Instructions
- Cook Beef
- Add onion, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, and beef broth to the dash
- Simmer mixture
- Add blended carrot
- Add Frozen Peas
- Simmer a few more minutes
- While simmering make instant potatoes
- Place mixture in casserole dish
- Add Mashed Potatoes to top of mixture, top with shredded cheddar cheese
- Place in convection microwave (375 F) for 20min or until cheese is golden and bubbling
