Cottage Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup frozen vegetable (peas)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tip garlic powder
  • 1 top thyme
  • 1 cup of carrot
  • 1 TB flour

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef
  2. Add onion, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, and beef broth to the dash
  3. Simmer mixture
  4. Add blended carrot
  5. Add Frozen Peas
  6. Simmer a few more minutes
  7. While simmering make instant potatoes
  8. Place mixture in casserole dish
  9. Add Mashed Potatoes to top of mixture, top with shredded cheddar cheese
  10. Place in convection microwave (375 F) for 20min or until cheese is golden and bubbling
