1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
- Preheat convection microwave 375F, line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix dry ingredients with yogurt, mix until it forms a shaggy dash
- Knead on floured surface for 2-3 min until smooth
- Divide into four equal parts
- Roll each portion into a rope about 6-8 min long and connect ends to form a bagel shape.
- Place them on baking sheet
- Brush each bagel with egg wash (1 egg beaten)
- Add seed topping
- Bake for 10-18min or until light brown
