One Pan Dinner – Unstuffed Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Zuchinni
    1 lb beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • rice
  • parmesan cheese (shredded)
    garlic

Marjoram (can substitute Italian Seasoning)

Parsley

Oregano

Paprika

Steps

  1. Cook beef in skillet until browned
  2. Add seasonings and mix well
  3. Add garlic
  4. Add 1 can diced tomatoes
  5. Add 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  6. Add 2 cups chicken broth
  7. Bring skillet contents to a boil
  8. Lower heat, cover skillet with lid until rice is cooked
  9. Stir in grated parmesan cheese
  10. serve
